  • Green snow peas — 400 grams
  • Tomatoes-cherry — 1 pack
  • Vegetable oil — 3-4 tablespoons

Method of preparation

  1. Cheese cut into small slices. Lightly whisk the egg in a bowl.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wide frying pan and quickly fry the pea pods and tomatoes-cherry, place in a bowl.

  3. Wipe the pan with a napkin, add the remaining oil. Dip cheese slices in egg and then in flour, place them into the pan and fry on both sides. Add in a salad bowl.
