  • Quinoa boiled — 250 grams

  • Green onions — 1 stalk
  • Fresh cilantro — 1 bunch
  • Tomato sauce — 4 tablespoons
  • Avocado — 1 piece
  • Sour cream — 4 tablespoons
  • Tortilla tortilla — 8 pieces
  • Salt — to taste
  • Ground black pepper — to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, beans and corn (with liquid from cans, drain), juice of 1/2 lime. Finely chop chicken meat, green onion and cilantro and add to the quinoa, stir, pour in the tomato sauce.

  2. Avocado peel, pulp fluff with fork, add finely chopped red onion, juice of 1/2 lime salt and pepper to taste, stir.

  3. Mexican tortilla put some of the mixture with the chicken and quinoa, 1 tbsp avocado, 1 tbsp sour cream, carefully wrap and serve.
