Method of preparation

  1. Peel and chop the banana and mango.

  2. Place in a blender a banana, half of the cereal and pour 200 ml of milk. Grind until smooth. Do the same with the mango (putting aside 1/3 to add to smoothies pieces).

  3. First, in a glass pour smoothies with mango, then banana, and then add the cubes of mango.
