- Salmon (steak) — 4 pieces
- Potatoes — 800 grams
- Egg — 4 pieces
- Green onion — to taste

Method of preparation
Peel, slice, cover with cold water, add salt, boil until tender.
In a pan boil water, add 1 tsp of vinegar. Remove the chilled eggs, one at a time or abuse them in a coffee Cup and gently put in boiling water. Cook for 2-4 minutes, to protein curled. Will transfer the eggs with a slotted spoon into a bowl of warm water.
