  • Long grain rice — 350 gram
  • Turkey fillet — 400 grams
  • Vegetable oil — 4 tablespoons
  • Onion — 2 pieces
  • Sweet pepper — 2 pieces
  • Eggs — 2 pieces
  • Sour cream — 100 grams
  • Mayonnaise — 100 grams
  • Cheese grated — 150 grams
  • Tomatoes — 2 pieces
  • Greens — to taste
  • Salt — to taste
  • Black pepper — to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In deep fryer heat vegetable oil. Slice onions, finely chop the peppers and Turkey breast. Fry onions, peppers and Turkey for 5 minutes.

  2. Place the rice. Mix well and pour 500 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl with a lid and simmer on low heat until tender.

  3. Eggs lightly whisk, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese. Tomatoes cut into slices and place on top of rice. Then put the egg-cheese mass. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
