Mushrooms 250 g

butter 40 g
cheese 150 g

Method of preparation

Finely chop the onion, slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Heat a deep pan with butter and fry the onions until Golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry until Browning. Add the cream, salt and pepper to taste and stew for 2-3 minutes. Add to the pan the rice, cover with cold water and to cook under a lid until the rice is tender, then stir and remove from heat.
