Calamari Marinara
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Cl garlic - mince
1 cup onions - chop fine
1/4 cup Parsley - chop
2 tablespoons Fresh basil - chop
2 pounds Squid, clean - slice
1/4 cup White wine
1/4 cup Clam juice
3 cups Marinara sauce
1 pinch Oregano
salt and pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly
brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice,
marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until
squid is tender.
