Blackberry Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Blackberries
3 tb sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Serve this with duck.
1. COMBINE BERRIES, sugar and lemon juice in a pot. Cover and
cook until bubbling, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat,
place in a food processor and blend. Pass through a straine
to remove the seeds. Chill before serving. Can be frozen for
up to 1 year.
