Rum Fruit Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2-2/3 cups watermelon,
seeded and cut into cubes
2 bananas, sliced
1/3 cup mango slices, chopped
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lime juice
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. rum, or 3/4 tsp.
rum extract (optional)
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine fruit in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients
in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously until
sugar is dissolved. Pour over fruit and chill 30 minutes.

fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 1.4g, carbohydrates 32.6g,
fiber 1.9g, sodium 3mg.
