Italian Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb. packaged salad
1-1/2 lbs. spinach leaves,
washed and torn into pieces,
tough stems discarded
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded
and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup croutons
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Toss with dressing
and croutons.
2. Per serving: calories 215, fat 14.9g, 59% calories from fat,
cholesterol 0mg, protein 4.6g, carbohydrates 18.2g, fiber 5.2g,
sodium 636mg.
