Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS: 6 ounces pineapple chunks, drained 3 ounces pitted dates 1-1/4 medium carrots, thinly sliced 3/4 orange, peeled and sliced 3/4 banana, peeled and sliced 1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. honey 2-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar 2-1/2 tsp. lime juice 1-1/4 tsp. vegetable oil 3/4 tsp. lime zest, grated DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously and pour over fruit. Chill until ready to serve. 2. Per serving: calories 161, fat 1.9g, 9% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 1.4g, carbohydrates 39.0g, fiber 4.0g, sodium 10mg.
