Peppery Rice
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Brown rice
4 c Chicken broth
1/4 c Green onion, chopped
1/4 c Red peppers, chopped
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 ts White pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place rice and chicken broth in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring
to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer another 20 minutes.
