Peanut Butter Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground round steak
1 1/2 c Rice; cooked
3/4 c Peanut butter
1 c carrots; sliced
3/4 c tomato sauce
2 celery stalks; chopped
1 lg onion; chopped
2 Eggs
1/4 c Green peppers; chopped
1 ts salt
1 ts Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a
casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato
sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at
350~ for about 1 hour.
