Acapulco Rice
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz tomato Sauce
1/2 c Water
3 ts Chili Powder
1 1/2 c Minute Rice
1/2 c Crushed tortilla Chips
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium
sized saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover,
remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with
tortilla chips and cheese. Serve with shredded lettuce and
sour cream if desired.
