Japanese Fruit Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 ea Cube margarine,melted,cooled
1 c sugar
2 ea Eggs,beaten
1/2 t Vinegar
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 c Chopped dates
1/2 c Coconut
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ea Unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.
Mix well. Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
