Classic Pecan Pie
INGREDIENTS:
3 ea EGGS
1 c KARO LIGHT SYRUP
1 c SUGAR
2 tb MAZOLA margarine, MELTED
1 ts vanilla
1 1/2 c PECANS
1 x PIE SHELL, DEEP DISH
DIRECTIONS:
1. PREHEAT OVEN AND A BAKING SHEET TO 3500F. IN A
LARGE BOWL, STIR EGGS, corn syrup, SUGAR, margarine AND
vanilla UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN THE PECANS. POUR
INTO THE PASTRY SHELL AND PLACE PIE ON THE BAKING
SHEET IN THE OVEN.
