Shrimp Linguine
INGREDIENTS:
1-lb Linguine
1-lb medium shrimp, peeled
1/2-cup butter
4-cloves garlic, minced
1/2-cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4-cup Romano cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook linguine and drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in
large skillet. Add shrimp & garlic. Add mushrooms to
pan & cook slowly for 5 min. Add linguine to skillet.
Sprinkle with cheese, salt & pepper. Toss until
linguine is heated through. Turn onto warm serving
platter & garnish with extra cheese
