Herb Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon chives, fresh, finely sliced
1 tablespoon thyme, fresh, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, italian, fresh, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sage, fresh, finely chopped
5 oz butter, unsalted
1 1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS:
1. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in chopped fresh
herbs. Heat butter and milk until butter is melted. Cool
slightly before whisking in eggs. Quickly whisk in dry
ingredients.
2. Make waffles according to waffle iron instructions,
greasing iron well, or make as small pancakes in a
non-stick skillet.
