Peach Brulee
INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 ounce) can peach halves, drained
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Arrange peach halves, cut-side up in a shallow baking dish.
In a small dish, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and
chopped pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
3. Broil 3 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the
topping is browned. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice
cream.
