Rhubarb Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
dash of salt
3 cups rhubarb, cut in small pieces.
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix egg, sugar, yogurt, flour, soda, salt, and rhubarb.
Put into a 9 x 13 pan. Before baking, sprinkle with mixture
of brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nuts. Bake at 350°
for 40 minutes.
