Black Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces chocolate, unsweetened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 cups flour sifted
1 teaspoon soda
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil first 3 ingredients until thick; set aside
to cool.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Add cooled chocolate; beat with electric mixer 2
minutes on medium speed.
4. Bake in 9 x 13" pan 25 minutes @ 350 degrees.
