Pina Colada
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz pineapple juice (fresh squeezed)
1.5 oz sweetened coconut milk, recepie below.
2.5 oz Dark Rum (Myers)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend as above. To makecoconut milk: Scald some milk. Let
it cool somewhat. In a blender, blendin as much fresh coconut
meat as possible. Let the mixture cool in thefridge. Squeeze
thru cheesecloth.
