Homemade Cream Liqueurs



INGREDIENTS:

1 cn 14 oz Eagle Brand CONDENSED 
SWEETENED Milk (Not evaporated milk) 

1 1/4 c Flavored liqueur (almond, 
Coffee, orange or mint) 

1 c Whipping cream or coffee 
Cream (1/2 PINT) 

4 Eggs *

DIRECTIONS:

1. In blender container, combine all ingredients,
blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in
refrigerator up to one month. Stir before serving 

* Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
