INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle claret

1 piece (1-inch) cinnamon stick

6 lumps sugar

3 strips orange peel

3 whole cloves

3 strips lemon peel

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix these ingredients all together. Heat in a saucepan
but do notboil. Strain into a pitcher.
