Blueberry Yogurt Shake
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Yogurt, plain
1 c Blueberries, fresh; rinsed
1/2 c Orange juice
1 Banana; very ripe
freshly squeezed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium
speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
