Banana Shake
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup milk (cow, almond, soy, rice, etc.)
1 to 2 tablespoons of sweetener (sugar, honey,
maple syrup, etc.)
Flavoring
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put ingredients in blender and mix until well
combined and frozenbananas are finely chopped. If
you like a thicker, colder shake,use 2 frozen bananas.
2. For flavering, I generally use cocoa (or carob)
powder (about 2 Tablespoons) or chocolate syrup. You
might also try strawberries(6-8?), peaches, vanilla,
dates (dried might not work to well),or whatever else
you like. For a banana shake, you might leaveout the
other flavorings and add the other 1/2 banana and a
littlemore liquid.
