- Puff pastry — 500 grams
- Apples sour – sweet — 4 pieces
- Sugar — 4 tbsp
- Chocolate — 1 pack
- Lemon (juice) — 2 tablespoons
- Butter — 50 grams
- Sugar (powder) — to taste
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Puff pastry roll out thinly. Notch make round scones from the dough.
Turn the dough out onto a baking sheet, pierce with a fork in several places to better cooked.
Apples cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl. Lemon juice dilute with water and pour over apples.
Drain in a colander to remove all excess liquid.
The dough grease melted in a water bath chocolate (or honey).
Slices of apples put high pyramids, sprinkle with sugar.
On each slice put a little butter and place in oven.
The cooled tartlets sprinkle with powdered sugar through a fine strainer.
