Potatoes 6-7 PCs
eggs 4 PCs
marinated mushrooms 200 g
garlic 2 gear.
parsley 1 Puig.
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
mayonnaise to taste

Method of preparation

Boil potatoes in their jackets, boil hard-boiled eggs. Parsley finely chop with a knife, marinated mushrooms cut into slices. The cooled potatoes and eggs, peeled, cut into pieces in a suitable container. Add the prepared mushrooms and most of the parsley, passed through the press garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Season salad with homemade mayonnaise, stir, sprinkle with paprika and remaining parsley.
