  • Baguette — 1 piece
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Salt — to taste
  • Pepper — to taste
  • Tomato sauce — 1 tablespoon
  • Minced beef — 250 grams
  • Cheddar cheese — 30 grams
  • Red onion — 0,5 pieces

Spinach-artichoke:

  • Spinach — 200 grams
  • Curd cheese — 200 grams
  • Yoghurt — 60 ml
  • Parmesan cheese — 30 grams
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • Mini mozzarella — 2 pieces
  • Artichokes — to taste
  • Dill — to taste

Ham and cheese:

  • Ham sliced — 200 grams
  • Gruyere cheese — 150 grams
  • Apple — 1-2 pieces
  • Sweet mustard — 3 tablespoons
  • Apricot jam — 3 tablespoons
  • Rosemary — to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the baguette crosswise in half, then each half lengthwise into two pieces, push the hands of the flesh. Put the filling and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C until Golden brown.

  2. In a frying pan with oil fry the mince until cooked, salted and pepper. Coat the finished base with tomato sauce, put the stuffing, sprinkle with onions and cheddar, bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, yogurt, minced garlic, salt and slather the baguette. Put on top of slices of artichokes and mozzarella.
    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with dill.

  4. Mix mustard and jam and brush the pizza base. Lay on top thin slices of ham and apples, crumbled Gruyere cheese, sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes.
