Jelly and strawberries for the adults! As for jelly from strawberries, you can use a silicone cake pan, a bowl or small salad bowl.

- Strawberry — 250 grams
- Gelatin (plates) — 10 pieces
- Champagne or dry sparkling wine — 580 ml
- Sugar — 125 grams
- Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation
Strawberries wash and thoroughly dry the top (with the stem) cut off. Soak the gelatine in a bowl of cold water – not longer than 5 minutes.
200 ml champagne pour into a small pan, pour remaining in a large pot. In a saucepan add the sugar and 125 ml water. Warm over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat. Remove gelatin from water, squeeze out excess liquid, add to the warmed mixture in the pan and stir until dissolved.
To make jelly from the strawberries, the warm mixture with the gelatin, pour into the jug with champagne, stir to combine. Oil liter the form of jelly with a thin layer of sunflower oil, pour the mixture and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
Position in the form of strawberries cut up, cover the tin with jelly wrap and put a strawberry filled jelly to harden in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, place the mold with Jell-o strawberry gelatin in hot water for a few seconds, cover with serving dish and turn the form. Serve jelly with fresh strawberries (optional).
