Quick and easy vegetable side dish

- Green beans — 500 grams
- Butter — 40 grams
- Chopped fresh tarragon — 2 tablespoons
- Nutmeg — to taste
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
Method of preparation
Bring to the boil a large pan of salted water and boil beans for 4 minutes.
Mix in a bowl the softened butter, tarragon, a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix beans with aromatic butter and serve.
Tip: make the butter with seasonings the day before, keep in the refrigerator under the film. Before adding in the beans, allow to warm to room temperature.
