Quick and easy vegetable side dish

  • Green beans — 500 grams
  • Butter — 40 grams
  • Chopped fresh tarragon — 2 tablespoons
  • Nutmeg — to taste
  • Salt — to taste
  • Pepper — to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Bring to the boil a large pan of salted water and boil beans for 4 minutes.

  2. Mix in a bowl the softened butter, tarragon, a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix beans with aromatic butter and serve.

    Tip: make the butter with seasonings the day before, keep in the refrigerator under the film. Before adding in the beans, allow to warm to room temperature.
