- Toast bread — 8 slices
- Eggs — 4 PCs.
- Heavy cream — 1 tbsp.
- Cinnamon — 2,5 teaspoon
- Sugar — 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract — 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup or honey
Method of preparation
- Step 1 Each slice toast bread, cut into 4 pieces.
- Step 2 Whisk eggs, cream, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture on all sides.
- Step 3 Slices of bread spread on a heated pan with butter. Fry on all sides until Golden brown.
- Step 4 Ready French sticks are served to the table, watering maple syrup or honey.
