Ravioli



Ravioli is a popular form of Italian food, comprised of meat wrapped in small 'packets' of pasta. Different meats and different shapes of pasta may be used. A common vegetarian option includes ricotta cheese and vegetables such as spinach in place of meat. The filling could be also potatoes.
