Method of preparation

  1. Vine leaves from the brine, rinse, let them dry out. Boil the rice until tender, cool. Dill and mint, finely chop, add the zest and lemon juice, and olive oil.

  2. The mixture to taste add the rice and stir. Season to taste with salt and crushed red pepper.

  3. Place the rice in a grape leaf
    approximately 1.5 tbsp for each wrap sheet as cabbage rolls. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
