- A mixture of Provencal herbs — 1 teaspoon
- Thyme (sprig) — 1 piece
Method of preparation
Cut cooking parchment circle with a diameter of 35-40 see a Piece of cod fillet, lay out on the parchment, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, top off with butter, a slice of lemon, thyme, chopped leaves
parsley, chopped garlic and olives. Sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips and place on top and sides of the fish.
