- Egg — 3 Pieces
- Cucumber — 1-2 Pieces
- Carrots — 1 Piece
- Potatoes — 2 Pieces

- Yogurt — 2 Cups
- Water — 1 Cup
- Greens — 1 Bunch
- Salt — to taste
- Ground black pepper — to taste
How to cook a “classic Okroshka with kefir”
In a bowl, slice the cucumber and herbs. Add the peas, drain the liquid.
Then cut the sausage or frankfurters. Add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Boil eggs and cut into small cubes.
Boil the carrots until tender. Cool it, peel and slice.
Also boil the washed potatoes. Let it cool down, peel and slice.
