- Carrot — 5 – 7
- Cheese — 300 gr.
- Sugar — 1/2 Cup
- Bread crumbs — 4 tbsp.
- Eggs — 2 PCs.
Method of preparation
- Step 1 In a blender grind until smooth the cheese with sugar, then add the breadcrumbs and mix.
- Step 2 Yolks of eggs separated from the whites. Add yolks to the curd mass and mix. And whisk the whites separately until fluffy foam.
- Step 3 Carrots RUB on a small grater, mix with the curd mass. Add the whipped whites and stir.
- Step 4 Spread in the form slightly greased with butter, put in the microwave and bake on full power for 7-10 minutes.
