Method of preparation
Removing the stalk, cabbage RUB on a large grater, salt and remember hands and drain the juice. Pepper the cabbage, add the eggs, grated the grated carrots, flour, semolina, stir.
On a heated frying pan with sunflower oil fry cabbage pancakes as normal pancakes – spreading mass with a spoon; Cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Serve hot with sour cream and chopped greens.
