- Turkey breast — 4 pieces
- Pumpkin — 900 grams
- Green beans — 500 grams
- Onions — 500 grams
- Mushrooms (mix of wild or field mushrooms) — 500 grams
- Butter — 60 grams
- Olive oil — 60 ml
- Sugar — 50 grams
- White bread (slices) — 4 pieces
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
- Cranberry sauce or cranberry — to taste
- Seasoning (dried mix for birds) — to taste
Method of preparation
Clean the pumpkin and cut. The Turkey cut into 8 equal pieces. Green beans boil. Onion peel, cut into half-rings. White bread cut into cubes.
The Turkey salt, pepper, brush with olive oil, place on a baking sheet with sides, between the meat, place the slices of salted pumpkin and place in a preheated 250°C oven for 20 minutes. Once the pumpkin is soft, remove it and mash into a puree, and the Turkey Express bake further until ready.
Chopped onion put in a saucepan with butter, sprinkle with sugar and fry in high heat until cooked – it should be soft and sweet.
Remove onions with a slotted spoon into a separate bowl, in a saucepan put the mushrooms, add the olive oil, season and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat and let it cook gently for another 10 minutes, add the cooked beans, cover and remove from heat.
Cubes of white bread fry on a dry pan, sprinkle with spices, drizzle with olive oil, stir.
On a plate put pumpkin puree, cranberry sauce, sliced breast, next place the beans with mushrooms, croutons, garnish with onions and serve, watering meat juice from the baking sheet.
If desired, the dish can be decorated with small meringues that it is better to prepare in advance.
