Sweet mustard dressing is perfect also for the trout and salmon.

  • White fish (fillet) — 4 pieces
  • Lemon (juice) — 0,5 pieces
  • Dijon mustard — 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar — 1 teaspoon
  • Arugula — 100 grams
  • Capers — 1 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomatoes — 200 grams
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Dill — 1 tablespoon

Method of preparation

  1. Tomatoes cut in half. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and cover a baking sheet with foil. Lay on foil fish fillets skin-side down (do not grease the foil). Fillet oil a third of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish will lose transparency and become dense.

  2. For the filling: whisk whisk remaining olive oil with the lemon juice, mustard, sugar, capers and dill. Salt to taste (if too spicy, dilute with a few drops of water). Arugula and tomatoes, combine in a salad bowl and mix with a third of the filling.

  3. Using fish blades separate the fillet from the foil, leaving the foil adhered to the skin. Arrange chicken and salad on 4 plates, drizzle the fish with the remaining dressing. Serve immediately.
