- Beef stew or boiled — 500 grams
- The potatoes (mash ready) — 500 grams
- Onion — 3 pieces
- Meat broth — 200 ml
- Butter — 1 tablespoon
- Flour — 1 tablespoon
- Parsley — 3 stems
- Butter melted — 3 tablespoons
- Salt — to taste
- Ground black pepper — to taste
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the onions, finely chop and let it cook gently for in the hot butter until Golden brown. Sprinkle with flour, stir and let lightly brown.
Add to the pan with the onion broth and cook, stirring, over low heat 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Boiled beef cut into small pieces and mix with the contents of the pan. Add chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Put the meat in a baking dish, cover with a thick layer of mashed potatoes. Pour melted butter and bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven so the surface of the casserole browned.
